Due to the numerous requests and comments about using this tattoo as reference, I have decided to clarify my feelings regarding this. It is my wish that people please not copy my tattoo in its entirety, it is something very personal to me and it is my hopes for it to remain a unique tattoo.
While I do not mind the use of it as reference material for your own personal tattoo design or any other form of art, please, please, please, DO NOT copy my tattoo in its entirety for use as a tattoo design.

I love your tattoo, I would never copy it, but i want the monarch butterflies like you have. That is how I found your tattoo, I searched monarch butterfly tattoo on google. I am planning to get a tattoo of monarch butterflies going all the way up my back, the last one on my shoulder blade, open like your top one, but at a different angle. That is how I envisioned my tattoo, and when I saw yours, I thought it was beautiful. Someone said some rude things to me saying that I am terrible because I want to steal someone's work. I never said I want this exact tattoo. I am planning to use your tattoo as a reference, but I would never get the same one. I am going to have my artist draw a custom piece for me, while it's similar to yours, having realistic orange butterflies going up your back, mine will have the butterflies going all the way up like I said previously, and have my top butterfly on my shoulder blade. And will be MY custom drawing. So people should'nt get mad at me, lots of people have a tattoo of a butterfly, It's like a person getting mad because someone got a rose tattoo on there leg, and someone has a rose tattoo on their leg first, and people know and say they copied off of the other person, when their rose is red and the others is blue.

As beautiful as it is, i find it sad that people copy it. I even found a girl who only switched the last huge butterfly,who's running into a best quebec tattoo contest with this on facebook. I find it very sad.

Usually I'm not a fan of large tattoos, but that's nice work there and looks like it "fits", if that makes sense.

Would you mind if I got just one of those butterflies tattoo'd? They're just so beautiful and I haven't found any other nice monarch butterfly tattoos to reference. And I would only use one of them, possible the first or second one down, since those two are my favorite. I just wanted to ask first before I got it.
